Terms & Conditions – Drive & Dine Experience

1. Eligibility:

    - Open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.

    - Employees of Waxy O’Connors, BYD KZN, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements:

    - To enter, participants must scan the QR code in-store and complete a test drive booking with BYD Kwa-Zulu Natal.

    - Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Prize Details:

    - The winner will receive a Drive & Dine Experience including transport in a BYD vehicle to and from their local Waxy’s and dinner to the value of R1500.

    - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

    - Prize winners will be provided with transport home at 21:00.

4. Winner Selection:

    - Winners will be selected at random and notified directly by BYD KZN or Waxy O’Connors.

    - If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

5. General Conditions:

    - BYD KZN and Waxy O’Connors reserve the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.

    - Participants agree to allow promotional photography and social media mentions related to the prize experience.

    - All driving activities will comply with responsible driving standards and valid South African Drivers license is required

6. Liability:

    - Waxy O’Connors and BYD KZN are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in this promotion.
